2.1斜盤結構變量雙泵,帶兩組錐形軸向柱塞旋轉組件,用于開式回路的靜液壓傳動。

3.1 軸向柱塞單元:變量、斜軸結構。
3.2 工作方式:雙泵并行結構,用于開式回路。
3.3 規格:55、80、107、140、200cc/r。
3.4 控制裝置:分功率控制,無功率越權;分功率控制,帶先導壓力越權控制;電氣控制,帶電磁鐵(正控制)。
3.5 系列、標號:系列6,標號1,3。
3.6 旋轉方向:順時針(從軸端看)。

力士樂A8VO系列柱塞泵特點:
1、實時顯示當前壓力、設定壓力、設定流量,觀察方便、
2、具有一定的自吸能力,但自吸的高度不宜超過500mm,并且嚴禁在吸入管道上安裝濾油器,吸入管道直徑不小于推薦數值,另外自吸時一定要把泵先調至全偏角。
3、在轉速超過1500rpm時,宜采用供油,供油壓力為0.7MPa左右。在開式系統中,供油泵的流量應為該泵的130%,在閉式系統中,供油泵的流量應為該泵的35%
4、排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結構較徑向柱塞泵復雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。
